Professional Experience
Joined the marketing team as a part time developer focused on improving developer experience for the Spacemesh protocol. Worked on various frontend projects and internal tools to enhance the ecosystem's usability.
Contributed to the website refresh project, implementing new designs and improving site structure to better communicate the protocol's value proposition. Contributed to the frontend of the lite wallet application that enables users to interact with the network without running a full node.
Built a proof-of-concept for a node-as-a-service platform to explore simplified network participation options. Created internal tools for community management and support automation, streamlining team workflows and improving community engagement.
Co-founded and won GovHack Brussels with a governance platform that consolidates fragmented DAO proposal information into a unified interface. Now serving major DAOs including Arbitrum, the platform processes millions of votes and thousands of proposals across multiple blockchains.
Led the technical architecture of a modular platform built with Rust and Next.js, implementing specialized services for blockchain indexing, forum synchronization, and intelligent proposal mapping using AI. The system automatically links related content across Discourse forums, Snapshot polls, and onchain votes, solving the critical problem of governance information fragmentation.
Designed and maintained a highly-available infrastructure across three geographically distributed self-hosted servers, achieving 99% uptime through automatic failover, service discovery, and container orchestration. The self-hosted, bare-metal deployment ensures complete control over the stack, a very low cost, maximum flexibility, and as few external dependencies as possible, essentially creating our own cloud provider.
Open-sourced the entire codebase and infrastructure playbooks, embodying the philosophy that governance infrastructure should be as decentralized as the DAOs it serves. This enables any DAO to self-host their own instance and truly own their governance.
Transitioned from AUTOSAR software integration to becoming the local debugging expert for ADAS systems, specializing in resolving complex issues causing functional safety resets and software hangs in automotive embedded systems.
Led multiple task force teams to analyze and troubleshoot intricate software challenges across the entire ADAS stack, from detection algorithms to the communication stack. My systematic debugging approach resulted in significant improvements in system reliability and performance, directly impacting vehicle safety.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, system architects, and safety managers to implement preventive measures and establish debugging best practices. This proactive approach reduced the occurrence of critical software issues and ensured safe product operation in production vehicles.
Part of Continental University Ambassadors team for University of Craiova.
Teacher of Continental Embedded Software course in University of Craiova.
Project manager of Innovation Program for ADAS Sibiu.
As the technical co-founder of Senate, I led the development and maintenance of the entire tech stack powering our product.
Successfully built a product with exceptional user stickiness.
Established partnerships with major players like Aave and Uniswap.
Contributed to the development of embedded software solutions for critical railway systems, including air compressor and treatment control, centralized data acquisition systems, and HVAC unit control, gaining hands-on experience with real-time systems and safety-critical applications.
Worked closely with interdisciplinary team members to integrate software solutions into railway equipment, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability in demanding operational environments.
